Hosting and product controls

Understand the hosting offer, the product’s operating controls and the package you intend to use.

EU hosting and the Cloud offer

The published Cloud model describes a dedicated instance per customer in the EU. Confirm the hosting arrangement, isolation boundaries, included services and data-processing terms in the offer for your installation.

Credential references

Labels and automation documents use cred:// references for stored credentials. The credential values are encrypted in the Center. Configure the referenced connections and protect the installation’s master key as part of your operating procedure.

Center connections and configured trigger ports

An Automation Service, called a Runner in configuration, initiates its connection to the Center. Work and status travel within that connection.

A configured TCP trigger can open a listening port on the Runner. Printer, data-source and browser connections also have their own network requirements. Plan the required firewall rules for the actual workflow.

Read the Automation Service guide · See the connection paths

Verify the supplied package

Check the version and checksum information supplied with your package. For a Windows ZIP, inspect SIGNATUR.txt: its status identifies the package as SIGNIERT or UNSIGNIERT. Signing status must be checked for the package you receive.

Follow the installation and package-verification guide

Service certificate renewal

Runners request certificate renewal after two-thirds of the certificate’s actual validity period. Monitor renewal failures and the service’s connection state as part of routine operation.

Renderer regression checks

Renderer regression checks compare generated output with reference images. Use the results alongside a representative evaluation of your printer, media and settings when accepting physical output.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA / AVV)

The Cloud offer includes data-processing terms as part of the agreed service. The public DPA page currently records its publication status; no agreement document is available to download there.

Responsible disclosure

Use the security reporting guidance to report a vulnerability.

Certifications

This page makes no ISO, TISAX or other certification claim. Discuss any specific certification or contractual requirement with us when evaluating the service.
